Laser Based End Game Fuze (LBEGF)
Laser Based End Game Fuze (LBEGF) is a novel proximity fuze that detects the target around its axis by generating a forward looking optical cone. This provides information about the angular position and range of the target. Warhead detonation pulse is generated by this device based on the End Game Algorithm implemented on its End Game Processor.
Salient Features
- Well defined and sharp optical cone boundaries
- Precise angular position and range detection of the target
- Compact device (Transmitter & Receiver on the same platform)
- Target Detection Time < 1ms
- Novel End Game Algorithm
- Warhead detonation pulse at optimum time
- Resistant to jamming
Application of the Product
For terminal engagement of airborne / ground targets
