Space TWTA

The TWTA (MPS 5054S) for aerospace application is designed for operating in the Ku-Band, delivering 300W over a narrow bandwidth in pulsed mode. The unit is operating with a conduction-cooled baseplate on a 28V DC bus. A short-length TWT and an SSPA shares the gain in almost equal proportions for ensuring low-noise RF output.
