MEMS Compact Pressure Transducer is small in size with 0-500 bar range, is a MEMS based pressure sensor with high guage factor. It is MIL qualified, OIL field, compact & rugged Pressure Transducer. Its accuracy is better than 0.6% and operating temperature range is - 40°C to +120°C. All pressure components exposed to pressure are made of SS 316L. Hermeticity is ensured by leak free e-beam welding at all joints.
