COMINT & ELINT Payloads for UAV is a Size Weight and Power (SWaP) optimized & SOFT qualified SIGINT System indigenously designed and developed for installation and operation on TAPAS UAV.

Application of the Product

The ELINT & COMINT Payload onboard UAV is a prime sensor for Signal Intelligence Gathering in reconnaissance missions to form Electronic Order of Battle (EoB) of enemy. With high sensitivity and better parameter accuracies the system can intercept, detect, classify and identify land, sea and airborne radar emitters and communication emitters with very good localization accuracies. Being on UAV the system can operate in anti-access zones and where conventional platforms cannot be deployed. Having High endurance the system can work for long time and collect data for extended times and can covers the area of interest multiple times. The system works with other sensors and the SIGINT data will be supplemented to operate the other sensors in special mission scenarios and multiple sensor data fusion.
